::: Lauren & Preston // The Engagement Session :::
17 June 2010
Lauren and Preston have such beautiful spirits. I left our session together totally blessed by them.They are both super artistic, open and kind. I loooved our time we spent on their engagement session and I especially loved all the art they brought to the shoot.
Lauren is an incredible artist and brought some of her art books and journals to the shoot to add some flava-flave.
Shannon and Chase were so trusting and gave us free reign with producing their engagement shoot. We started the shoot off at the greatest flower shop in Lakewood: Redenta’s Garden. If you live around the Lakewood area in Dallas, check them out for your gardening needs. Their shop is charming and idyllic. After Redenta’s, we headed to Corner Market on lower Greenville Avenue for some Coca Cola Classic & cupcake goodness. My amazing assistant, Heather, had the cupcake that is pictured specially made for Shannon and Chase from Society Bakery. It was a big hit! And gosh, I just love the last location! Finishing the shoot up at my favorite little spot at White Rock Lake is the best way to end an engagement shoot. We loved loved loved every minute of this shoot and the way these photos turned out! Cheers to you both, Shannon & Chase!

::: The Warren Family :::
20 April 2010
When my Nashville friend Vanessa, founder and creative genius of Butterfly SpArks, asked me to take their family photos, I was THRILLED for the opportunity. The Warrens are so sweet and oh-so-talented! We had an absolute blast photographing their family. Hands down my favorite moment of the shoot was watching Heather watch Noah while we took photos of Vanessa and her husband, Mark. Crazy things happen when kids play with Heather.
Thank you guys so much for the privilege to photograph your beautiful family! Much love to you all!
