Bethany & Ross // Houston, Texas Wedding

Bethany and Ross were married in May of 2012 in Houston, Texas. It just so happens that Ross is from Connecticut and Bethany lived in Connecticut before they moved to Texas.  I was able to photograph their beautiful Texas wedding a few months before we moved up here to CT and I think of these beautiful people often as I explore our new state. Hailey and Rhet’s gorgeous wedding was set in a quaint and charming little garden amongst bungalows and white picket fences. Just down the road, Billy Reid hosted portraits for Hailey and Rhet since they are amazing(!) and since Hailey and Rhet are loyal customers of BR. The day was sunny with a light breeze filled with family and friends. I couldn’t have imagined a more lovely occasion for the sweet couple. Everything went off without a hitch!

I’m thrilled and honored to have Hailey & Rhet’s beautiful Gardens of Bammel Lane wedding featured as a Real Wedding in Southern Weddings V5. Pick up one of these gorgeous magazines at a store near you if you are in the South or order one online here. It is filled with gorgeous details, inspiration and real weddings.

 

To celebrate the launch of this gorgeous magazine, I joined Hailey and Rhet in Chapel Hill, North Carolina last Thursday at the V5 Launch Party that was held at the Carolina Inn. Rhet (being the busy Anesthesiologist) was able to take off time at work and come and celebrate with his lovely bride all the way from Florida. It was a treat getting to spend time with them and share in the celebration of the launch of V5. It was also really special to see the ladies of Southern Weddings who worked so hard to put together this beautiful magazine.
